Hello,

- Is it permissible to use your Personal plans for a small business?

- Is it allowed to use your service for ftp only? We don't need web or email at this time, just a reliable service for 4 or 5 users to share documents that they collaborate on.

- Do you support sftp transfers?

- Can we use our own nameservers and have them point to your site for our chosen domain?

- On your knowledgebase, you say that files should be uploaded to your public_html folder. Is it possible to upload files to folders outside the public_html folder? We would like to do this for documents we collaborate on.

- Is the adslguide available to a small business? If so what is the renewal price after 1 year for those with the adslguide deal?

- Is it possible to upgrade to a higher plan? How is the upgrade cost calculated?

1) Yes that's fine.

2) Absolutely.

3) We don't support SFTP as we don't allow shell access.

4) Yes.

5) Certainly!

6) The renewal price is the same as the purchase price. It is available.

7) Certainly, typically you subscribe to the new plan and a pro-rated refund is sent out for whatever you had left on your old plan.
