The service and support that I have received from Andrew has been first class.
I have nothing to complain about!!! 
I have a reseller account with 13 domains and am absolutely delighted with the service and support.
Previously I was with a US company, who although they charged much less, provided support which was patchy and negligent.
The extra I now pay is worth every penny.
Thanks you Andrew for everything.
