My experience with nethosted

Wanted to wait at least a couple months before putting up something like this...lots of companies work like a dog before and very shortly after you join but then treat you like dirt!

Nethosted is the single best hosting company I've used, and I've gone through a few. One of my biggest problem is my unique needs in terms of space/bandwidth - my sites are never really popular but there's a huge library of stuff I want accessible, and I was always paying for bandwidth I wasn't using. Nethosted set me up with a sweet custom package that is EXACTLY what I needed. When I proposed it to them I thought "Wow, if they give me this it'll be quite the scam on my part" but not only did they give me what I wanted but much more. So, yeah, totally worth the dollar.

Technical support has been quick as lightning. I usually don't open tickets but just post on this board and there's usually a reply within the half hour from one of the admins. They even fixed scripts for me which is well outside the range of what a host should provide.

I haven't seen anything down yet, which is very nice - my last provider, I was accustomed to going without email every few weekends.

And so concludes my testimonial for the boys at nethosted. Rock and roll!

I've now been a nethosted customer for 2 years. I still have the same nethosted package and the service, for all this long while, has remained topnotch. The uptime has been fantastic with outages becoming more rare it seems as time goes on, even with their rapidly increasing business. The support from Andrew & Co. whether I have a stupid question or a critical issue has always been super fast...I picture Andrew perched on his computer, 24 hours a day, just BEGGING someone to give him a problem he can't fix.

Okay, now it's well over 3 years of nethosted. I have nothing more to add. They are fantastic. Honest to god good guys, no ripoff, work with you on issues, do more than they have to, have sexy hair. Yay Andrew and the rest of yas!
