Hi,
Some customers may have been experiencing problems sending mail over the past hour. This was due to one of the realtime spam blacklists we use experiencing downtime; this caused mail server connections to stack up and therefore legitimate connections were on occasion being blocked. This list has now been removed from our mail process so customers should have no further problems sending mail.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.
