We are planning to migrate all accounts on Pluto to a new server on Saturday, March 8th. This move is taking place to ensure the continued stability and performance of your hosting service.
Please be aware that there is MySQL downtime scheduled for 15:00 - 15:45 GMT associated with this migration. This downtime is to ensure the integrity of the MySQL data while the migration is taking place.
If your account uses our nameservers then no action will be required on your part. If you do not use our nameservers, or you use custom nameservers, then you will need to update the IP address you are using for Pluto. Further details of this IP address change will be emailed to you as soon as they are known.
