Caroline,

Moaners eh? It's probably only a cold!

If you are able to set the tag to ours this is instant, as is our ability to then update the nameservers to point to our hosting. It'll then take up to 24 hours for this nameserver change to propagate around the internet. It often only takes a few hours for most people to start accessing the site on the new nameservers. Of course we don't have to update the nameservers straight away.

Nope. Still doesn't seem to know me. I used the email address and password on the account but it says it doesn't recognise it - inactive or invalid username or password...

Im sure there is another area this is posted etc but we are now live and running on your new servers and its fast and perfect. Thanks greatly for sorting all the issues out and us ending up with a rocking setup (as we had originally tried to do on that other host provider).

Thanks again for your help and guidance (and responsiveness of replies too)
