The first thing is the initial welcome page is a waste of time. Set the site to point to whichever language is used the most. Add your language buttons to the top of each page so visitors can flick between them easily.
To me, the spinning cube thing just makes me think "naff". Little gimmicky flash animations are a bit of a turn off.

There are some really bad things going on in your code. There should be only one <head> and <body> section. It generally is a disorganised mess - did you use Microsoft Frontpage or Office to generate this website?
Sorry to be brutal, but it really needs a lot of work on the code.

Yeah, we went with the language buttons on a previous site and they were never used so this was the alternative. Makes it easier to link to and index on search engines as well. There are some other reasons that will become apparent over time. trust me

Flash is a horses for courses thing really

Yeah, the repeat body/head were from my laziness when I did the template and left in the body/head in the pages that are loaded in via the php template page. Have cleaned that up now thanks to your brutal kick up the bum lol
