Hi all,

I am looking at transfering my hosting over to here, all I have seen is how great it is, which obviousley is a good thing.
I've heard about the great support which is a plus, nothing worse than being put on hold for ages only to be cut of.

How long does it take to transfer my Domain name over?

I am looking at the Standard Reseller option, later on if I decide to upgrade to include the Resell Domain Names is this a quick turnaround?

I am looking to include Zencart, the host I am with at the moment apparantly is slow with some carts which is one of the reasons I will be moving, has there been any problems here?

Thanks for your interest in NetHosted!

If it's a .uk domain the transfer process is quite quick typically (a matter of minutes). Most other domain types have a transfer time of around 3-5 working days.

Yes we can upgrade your account quickly.

I can not forsee any speed problems, we host plenty of different cart solutions and no complaints so far!

Hi Andrew,

Ok, I've cancelled with 1&1 and changed the IPStag to NETHOSTED.
I have a problem which is I am locked into a minimum 1 year contract so it's not going to expire until 04/04/09.

Do you know of anything which could speed up the process?
Can I still go ahead and sign up with you even though of the problem above?

Tony,

As far as we can see the IPSTag has not yet been updated on the domain. As soon as it has done so, you can sign up and order the package and domain transfer! Your contract will run but there's nothing to stop us transferring a .uk domain as long as the IPStag has been updated.
