I know it has been done elsewhere (I've seen Andrew on ADSLGuide's forum a lot) but how about a forum for site design help (eg css, xhtml, php etc)?
You have one for mysql, email etc already. If you could limit it to registered users only, I don't mind helping out other nethosted customers and there are bound to be better coders than me on here. If it becomes too unruly, or too basic (a sticky post with beginners tutorials might be an idea), you can always lock it in the future.

Think it's a great idea - I'll implement this a bit later on. I'd like to make this place a bit more of a community actually with both staff and customers answering any kind of queries, any other suggestions?

No other suggestions at the moment apart from creating a virus that converts IE into a compliant browser. My beautiful pages spoiled by IE workarounds.

| There is something about Opera that I don't like, not sure what. Personally I like Firefox. |

| That depends on how much help you, Mark & Josh were planning on providing. If you put it in Support, it will seem to be more official from NH. If you put it in off-topic, it will seem to be more of a self-help forum. Personally, I'd put it off-topic as it doesn't directly relate to the services you are providing. |
