Well I've had my site with nethosted for a couple of months now and have not needed to email support, which is just the way I like it.
Server is fast and responsive, as far as I can tell my site is available all day everyday, everything works, whenever I use it.
Signup was best I have ever used, it told me everything I needed to know and even kept checking my domain to see if it had resolved.
The price well frankly it's too low for what you get.
Forget hosting in the US and Canada to save money and get the bandwidth you need theres no need anymore nethosted offer everything you need at the right price with the all important UK I.P. address. This is more important than ever for the best positioning in search engines as they move more and more to geo specific.
Add to that the personal attention of Andrew and Co who go above and beyond the call of duty at answering queries in the forums and now you've found them you'd be mad not to sign up now.
