FTP on Pluto is kind of intermittent - status page said it was down for a little while, now it seems to be going off and on.
Someone overloading it?
And this forum is very slow to submit. |

Load on Pluto is low, and load on the server that hosts this site is 0.00. Problems your end?

Not impossible
However the FTP problem is "connection refused" (useing aceftp).
Could be traffic issues, I suppose, but like I said, your status page showed ftp down on pluto for a while.
Also had problems getting into cpanel at that time (it just sat there), although that's ok now as well. Http was ok at the time.
