Importing large phpMyAdmin dump

I'm trying to move the MySQL database from my old hosting across, but using phpMyAdmin's import facility seems to be timing out.
The file is ~47MB, gzipped to ~10MB.

I've been told that it's better (and should work) via Telnet, which I'll need to get temporarily enabled, although this post  implies that the lovely NetHosted staff can do the import for me, which would be even better.
If so, I have uploaded the localhost.sql.gz file.

I do however need to know the name of the database that you want the data restored to before I can proceed.

The database is bpsite8_h4jaf1ivfc5o and the file is in my root ftp dir.

That took a bit of fiddling to get that imported, it's in there now though
