Indeed!

I'm not sure how many of our resellers come here too often it might be a bit dead in there - naturally staff can help out with any reseller specific questions!

Well, I value NH staff opinion, but I wouldn't want to see you guys bogged-down with 'reseller chat' e.g. what helpdesk system are you using etc.?

We use InverseFlow! We're here to help webstar it wouldn't be a problem helping out with reseller issues as best we can

Let me see if phpBB is powerful enough to do what I want with regards to a "secret" forum.

I would have thought Support as NH could also use it to brief resellers on issues that are reseller-specific.

It's coming along nicely, the only issue I have is even when a reseller is given permission to view the forum it still says "-" for last posts on the index.

I would have thought you'd want to hide the reseller forum completely and just add a note somewhere that says to see it you need to contact someone?

No, no one will ever see the note. This was is best the forum description is the note! Although seeing the last poster probably isn't ideal in this situation

It's totally how I want it now

Resellers who take a look at our community can now see there is a forum just for them. All can see the number of posts/topics and that someone "Anonymous User" has posted recently but they can't view the forum unless they have been given permission.
