Seasons Greetings to the Nethosted staff

Andrew and staff,

I'd like to extend my seasons greetings to you and your staff.

You may have guessed I work for a computer company in the support organisation, and I recognise good quality service, you and your team provide this consistantly.

Thankyou for your prompt attention to the service tickets I raise and the education you give me, when I try aspects of web design/hosting that are new to me.

I was very fortunate to stumble upon Nethosted after my previous host when bust (they were very poor!).

Here's to an equally good 2006.

I agree totally with what Mark said.

This has been my first experience of using a host and although I cannot compare to others I do recognise excellent service and support when I see it.

Despite some of my questions at times the guys always came back to set me on the right track however frustrating it may have been for them

All the best for 2006 and have, hopefully, a quiet, support-wise, Christmas.
