| |
I have been using SpamAssassin with SpamBox and auto-delete Spam enabled (which doesn't seem to make sense) but friendly emails have been bounced/deleted it would seem.
I want to monitor what SpamAssassin is marking as spam and so will disable autodelete.
SpamBox says it "created a folder called 'spam'" but doesn't say how to access this. Do I need to set up spam@maxalphotography.com and will the spam just arrive?
Thanks. |

Hi,
You don't need to set up a seperate email address, this spam mailbox is a mailbox that exists on your account, you should be able to view it by logging into webmail or by retreiving remote folders if you view your email via IMAP, it is a server side folder that exists.
Regards,

Hi Darryl
I have tried logging into Webmail with all 3 different accounts and there's no option for "Spambox" whereas there is for boxtrapper and other configuration options.
Where will I find the spambox link?
Thanks,
Naveed. |

Hi,
The spam box is not created until you receive a spam message which SpamAssassin has flagged as spam, once you do you will be able to view it as a folder called "spam" in your webmail client.
