I know you changed spam lists, but could you allow all email sent to the below account to be allowed through without being checked

Can you do this for another account
Server: Jupiter
Username: zc1

I have done this for you now. May I ask as to why you want so many of your accounts to not have these checks?

Hi,

The first 2 accounts are my brother and he has found some sites emails was not getting though, to him, so I thought it maybe the spam blocker that stopping them.

The last one (zc1) is mine and I just made an order and didn't get any email from the site, but did get the Paypal email. So I then tried to create an account and didn't get anything.

Then tried with my yahoo account and got the create account email, so I am thinking the spam block is blocking the email, or maybe something else.

I would imagine these are unrelated issues actually. Might be worth submitting a ticket with further details if you want to pursue this.

Can I have the below account removed from all Spam check lists for incoming mail

Reason: Need to be 100% sure, I can get all email from any ISP for this account.
