It was a rather miserable Friday evening in April 2008 (it was probably raining!) when, let down by my hosting provider who couldn't provide the technology I needed to run a new website, I did a trawl around the Internet to see if I could find a new host.

I found the Nethosted website and was impressed by what I saw, the testimonials I read on the site and by what people were saying about them on other sites.

I sent Nethosted an enquiry to ask a few questions, expecting to hear back after the weekend if I was lucky - to my surprise I had an answer from Andrew within half an hour! I asked more questions and got a further replies that evening - these were proper comprehensive replies, not just acknowledgements.

I was very impressed by what Andrew had to say (but more by the way he said it - this chap obviously knew what he was talking about) and opened an account with Nethosted the next day.

Since I've been with Nethosted I've upgraded to a reseller account and, as soon as I'm free from a contract with my existing host, I'll move all of my clients to Nethosted.

In all of my subsequent dealings with Nethosted, Andrew and Darryl have been absolutely fantastic. They are knowledgeable, helpful, encouraging and very, very patient.

Okay, so you can't talk to Nethosted on the phone, but that really doesn't matter. They respond to your enquiries so quickly and comprehensively ... often quicker than my existing host takes to answer the phone (seriously!).

All of the hosts I've used up until now (there have been a few) have had their own bespoke website administration systems ... Nethosted use the industry standard cPanel. Not being familiar with cPanel, I have messed things up a couple (or more!) times. Andrew and Darryl have been very patient in putting me right when things have not gone quite as I had intended - often telling me where I had gone wrong and how to fix it, with a "and we've done it for you" at the end of a reply. What more could you want?

If you have any doubts about where to place your webhosting, then your search is at an end. Nethosted is truly an enigma in the world of webhosting in that, along with great packages and robust equipment, they provide an unbelievable level of support. The support is what puts Nethosted head and shoulders above every other host I have dealt with.

Trust your website services to Nethosted ... you will not be disappointed!

By the way, I'd sent an enquiry to my existing host earlier that Friday in April ... I heard back from them the following Tuesday and didn't understand a word of what they had to say.
