It is difficult to get an answer from CS at all from some hosting companies let alone get an answer from the managing director. If this service continues, consider yourselves gained a top fan. Customer service is second to none and having my own small business, I can't afford to use someone who is not top quality as it reflects badley on me. Downtime is non-existant, price is perfect. Andrew has been extremely helpful whilst sorting out my SSL, changing to my static ip in the middle of the night to reduce downtime and answering all my (silly) questions very quickly.
